The introductory bonsai course assumes you know nothing about bonsai. it is designed to give you the necessary knowledge and skills to allow you to be able to create and care for your own bonsai. You will learn how to design, shape, prune and care for your own bonsai. You will learn how to design, shape, prune, root prune and pot your trees, as well as everything you need to know about bonsai potting mix, watering, general care and more. All teaching is according to Japanese styling.
You will fully wire, shape and pot a bonsai during the course. The course fee of $85* includes the cost of instruction, a tree, bonsai pot, bonsai soil mix and aluminium wire used. There are no other necessary costs.
